Hi! I'm Aspen. I'm an independent artist living in Colorado.

I make art in all sorts of mediums, both physical and digital, and I also dabble in jewelry making on occasion. I typically use Clip Studio Paint for my digital works, and physically I lean towards acrylics and watercolors.

This website acts as a hub for examples of my work as well as links to other online places I am active. I'm going to add to it soon with more information about how you can purchase my art and generally support me!

Eldritch Tree? Changeling Branch?

Previously I've gone by the name "eldritchtree" which appears on some of my older art on this website. All of the art on this website was made by me, regardless of signature.Below I have some miscellaneous projects I worked on while going by eldritch tree that I am very proud of. Please check them out if you'd like!I also used changelingbranch as my website URL and signature for a while, but that was briefer.

Commission Info

I do character art commissions (Art of a pre-existing character, yours or fan art),
character design, comic pages, and simple animation.I also draw scenes/backgrounds, real or imagined.And I draw creatures/monsters and some animals.I don't feel specifically skilled with some subject matter and may decline commissions for it. I want you to get high quality art. I may recommend other artists to you for things outside of my skill set in this case.

Prices listed are in USD. Cost may vary, and will be outlined in email correspondence.I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who treats me or my inbox poorly.That being said, I will take all sincere commissions seriously, so long as it is not a bigoted or hateful request.

Note: I may use your commission to promote my skills. I will use a lower resolution version with a signature over it for promotions. If you are uncomfortable with this please let me know during our email correspondence.

Ko-Fi Collective Comic Commission Fund

Comics are some of the most beloved, yet least financially compensated forms of fan art out there. After all, paying for several pages of art, many days of work, and adjusting for the price of all the dedicated skills comic making requires, gets pretty costly.That's why I was inspired recently to make a Collective Comic Commission Fund. If you tip me through Ko-Fi and name that tip "fiddauthor fund" or "johnchurch fund" it'll go towards our total goal to realize this comic. That way, a shipping community can put a few bucks towards making a comic without an individual paying for the entire amount.Updates on comic progress will be posted on my Ko-Fi as the fund grows closer to completion. This is my way of showing my dedication to the project, as well as a way to reward donators more immediately, before the comic is complete.

Periodic updates will be made to this page about the comic funds available. I am not currently taking suggestions for future comic funds. Updates on fund fulfillment will be shown on Ko-Fi.These fan comics will be a minimum of eight pages long, expected to be ten pages. There is no maximum.
The comic will be released within two months of fund fulfillment. Any extenuating circumstances prolonging comic upload will be announced.

This fund goes towards the production of the comic itself. The time and skills going towards production. Once complete, it will be distributed digitally for free, accessible for everyone.
